HSC assists buyer’s with the multitude
of details in buying a business. These

- Financing: Bank, SBA guaranteed,
Seller Financing with or without
- Leasing: Real Estate, equipment,
lease with option to buy.
- Licensing: HSC will assist
buyers with the various licenses and
licensing agencies involved with
obtaining the proper licenses to
operate the business.
- Accountants & Legal: HSC will
work with your accountant and legal
council to obtain all the
information you need to make a
prudent business decision.
- Business Planning: While HSC can
not write the business plan, we can
assist with the proper tools to
develop a sound business plan to
help secure financing, landlord
approval, and accounts approval.
HSC helps the seller develop the
following in preparation to succession
or a sale:
- Valuation: HSC reviews the
financial information to determine
the true economic value of a
business. This includes asset or
equipment lists. Re-forecasting of
financial statements and tax
- Pre-qualification for bank
financing. HSC will
pre-qualify your business for, bank,
SBA, or seller financing with
recommendations for your review.
- Leasing Assignment: or financing
assumption. HSC will work with your
landlord and/or your financial
institution to give you options
concerning the assignment of your
current lease or assumption of your
financing if available.
- Sale/Lease back: Some operators
would prefer to free up capital for
expansion with the sale/leaseback of
- 1031 Exchange: HSC can guide you
with the property procedures to do a
tax deferred 1031 exchange. Since
the capital gains tax tables have
changed this may be an option for
your long term goals.
